• Standard 3-5 business day shipping via the US Post Office 
• Expedited shipping 1-2 business day shipping via the us post office.

An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. If you have not received your order within 24 hours of your expected delivery date, please contact the US Post Office with your tracking number. They should be able to assist in locating and delivering any missing packages. During holiday seasons or inclement weather, shipping may take slightly longer. Please plan accordingly and order your unit at least 2 weeks prior to your hair appointment.
