We strongly advise not to wait until the last minute to place your order. We suggest you plan for unanticipated delays. We will provide  you a delivery confirmation and tracking number  when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping carrier. We are  not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please  make a note that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.

 

Processing/shipping policy For Custom Units

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR WIG ORDERS. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

  • All on hand wigs are shipped out 1-2 days shipping after purchase.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
