Turn around time will be 3 business days (5 for addition services like color, size change, ect). If your unit needs to be shipped back, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping.

Please make sure your First and Last name is on the package when sending off the wig. Must be the same name as your order.
If your package is 15.9 ounces or less, then using your own packaging with the First Class Package service will always be cheapest
